Returns and Exchange Policy

 

Returns are accepted for all items except custom orders. All returned items must be unused and undamaged. In the case of receiving a damaged order, we are more than happy to replace the item or process a full refund once we receive the item back.

For orders that have been lost or damaged in the process of delivery, please make sure to contact us by email or our social media.

Full refunds are available once we receive the item back if you change your mind on the products.

Please note that refunds or exchanges are not possible for custom orders. Please contact us if you receive a faulty item.

You can cancel an order for up to 1 hour of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after this time.
